Edmund S. Lynch, CPA, MT, Senior Vice President of Tax Services
Ed is a native Delawarean living in West Chester, PA. He graduated from Salesianum School in 1983 and the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at The University of Richmond in 1987. Ed received his certified public accountant certificate in 1989 and is licensed in both Pennsylvania & Delaware. In 1995, Ed received his Master of Taxation from Villanova University.

Ed has worked in both public accounting and the private sector. In the public accounting sector, Ed has worked for mid-size accounting firms with experiences in all areas of accounting, tax preparation & planning and consulting. Within these areas, Ed has worked with multi-state individual taxpayers, small to large multi-state corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. In the private sector, Ed has been controller of a non-profit health care organization and the Men’s Senior Tennis Tour.

Ed has volunteered his time as a member of the following organizations:

Peace Drums USA (treasurer)

CMS Foundation (treasurer)

Six-Three Retreat Group at St. Joseph’s in the Hills (executive committee and CA captain)

One of Ed’s passions is soccer. Ed is currently the assistant head coach at Villa Maria Academy (8 seasons). Previously Ed was head coach for Villa Maria Academy Lower School CYO team and a club & recreation coach at West Chester United Soccer Club. Ed is also a Grade 7 USSF official and a PIAA high school official.

Ed is married and has two children.

Dana Sample, Senior Tax Accountant

As a tax team member for Diversified Tax LLC, Samantha provides clients with various services such as, payroll, bookkeeping and tax preparation. Prior to joining the team, she had worked at both small and medium sized public accounting firms in both Montgomery and Chester County.

Samantha graduated from West Chester University in May of 2018 where she received her B.S. in accounting. She is currently in pursuit of her certified public accountant license.

Outside of being in the office, Samantha loves vacationing down the shore with family and friends, early morning workouts and trying out new restaurants.

Dennis Ervin, Tax Accountant

Starting in May 2022, Dennis eagerly began his full-time role as a Staff Accountant at Diversified Tax. With a passion for individual taxation, he is very excited to be able to help clients achieve the greatest tax savings possible. Prior to joining Diversified Tax, Dennis spent two years in tax and audit at a public accounting firm in Wilmington, DE.

Dennis graduated Summa Cum Laude from Widener University with a BS in Accounting and Minors in Taxation and Forensics. He is currently studying for the certified public accounting exams.

Dennis was born and raised in Pennsylvania and is very proud of his Delco roots. He enjoys spending his free time binge watching The Office, even though he can practically recite every word from every episode at this point.

Annie Randolph-LaBerge, Junior Tax Accountant

Annie joined the Diversified Tax team in October as a Staff Accountant. Through this role she will aid clients to ensure they achieve the greatest tax savings possible. Prior to joining Diversified Tax, Annie worked as the Business Analyst for a Delaware Nonprofit. During her time there she gained excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and she is eager to apply them to her work for Diversified Tax.

Naturally, as a born and raised Delawarean, Annie graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Public Policy with a focus in Nonprofit Management.

In her free time, Annie enjoys spending time with her three dogs, one of whom she trained to become a certified therapy dog. She also loves playing board games with her friends and family, going to the movies with her partner, doing puzzles, and baking.
